Louis & Jo Ann
Gasper
We are slowly constructing this page. Right now, it consists mostly of links. We'll gradually get more and different content. For now ...
Take a look here, please, for our five children and two of our grandchildren. I need to get more pictures mounted here.
Because we love the desert Southwest so much, we want to share some links to God's country-----
Las Cruces, New Mexico, where we are thinking to retire -- sometime
The Chile Pepper Institute-- Maybe a recipe page would be a good idea here, but I don't like to give up secrets.
And here are some other links to our particular interests ----
United States Lieutenancies of the Equestrian Order of the Holy Sepulchre of Jerusalem -- Louis is a Knight Commander with star in the Order and Jo Ann is a Lady Commander with star. We made our pilgrimage to the Sepulchre in 1999.
To the left is a picture of the military uniform Louis is entitled to wear -- eat your heart out --
We are active members of our Church, which is a former Episcopalian Parish in Arlington, Texas. Jo Ann for a few years was Director of Religious Education, and Louis is a Master of Ceremonies. Here is a link to the Parish's web site --
Louis has compiled a "Ceremoniale Anglicanum", a set of detailed instructions for altar servers at St Mary the Virgin Parish. If you would like to consult these, please go to the Ceremoniale index. Louis is also presently a member of the Diocesan Pastoral Council of the Roman Catholic Diocese of Fort Worth, and a member of the Bishop's Planning Committee.
Jo Ann graduated with a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Dallas a few years ago (to give the date would be indelicate). She was the first woman to earn an MBA (Master of Business Administration) from the University's Graduate School of Management (GSM), now a unit of the College of Business . After many years away from the Metroplex, we returned in 1992, and Louis became a member of the resident faculty in GSM. Here are links to the University's site, and to the GSM site.
